Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the KannadaGothu Chrome Extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the Extension.

Description of Service

KannadaGothu is a Chrome extension that displays a different Kannada word each day along with its pronunciation, English meaning, and usage examples. The Extension is designed for educational purposes to help users learn the Kannada language.

User Conduct

By using KannadaGothu, you agree not to:

• Use the Extension for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Extension
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Extension
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Abhinav Vasudevan and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Kannada language content provided through the Extension is carefully curated from various sources and is intended for educational purposes only. All efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of translations and usage examples.

Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.

In no event shall KannadaGothu, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Extension.

Chrome Web Store Policies

In addition to these Terms of Use, your use of the Extension is also subject to Google Chrome Web Store's terms and policies.

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

Modifications to Extension and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Extension with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.
